New Music Auditorium for Malaga

A spectacular ceramic and glass music auditorium is to be built on the esplanade at San Andres over the next four years.

The architects that won the competition for the project now have six months to draw up full details.

The building is expected to adopt the best environmental principles and to include sustainable energy use and access by public transport.

The total cost is expected to be around 55 million euros.
