OLE!  TOP SPANISH RESORT WITH GROUND BREAKING OFFER FOR 2007

The resort dubbed "the New Number One in Spain" has started the New Year with a ground-breaking offer to tempt investors.   Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort in Murcia begins 2008 with a major incentive to potential purchasers:  Just 15% deposit and nothing more to pay until completion.

Hacienda del Alamo, which is set in the beautiful Murcian countryside near the picturesque town of Fuente Alamo and close to gorgeous Mediterranean beaches, has a range of properties for sale:

The attractive Pueblo Español or Spanish Village will be the hub of community life within Hacienda del Álamo and here two bedroom, two bathroom apartments start at just €266,000 (approximately £180,000).
